About this role
As the Vice President, Associate General Counsel at HealthVerity, you will work closely with the EVP & General Counsel to enhance legal, compliance, and contracting functions following the merger of HealthVerity and Symphony Health. Your responsibilities will include drafting and negotiating contracts, advising on privacy laws, maintaining compliance programs, and mentoring team members, all while fostering collaboration across various departments.

What you need
- J.D. with active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- 7+ years of combined law firm and in-house experience
