What you need

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in business analytics, business intelligence, data analytics, or data modeling

  • Robust communication skills and the ability to work proficiently with both technical and business partners in a fast-moving environment

  • Experience with Sigma or other modern BI tools
  • Practical experience building data pipelines with dbt and managing collaborative version control using Git
  • Openness to new tools and approaches, including AI-assisted development and analytics workflows
