What you need
- 5+ years of relevant experience in business analytics, business intelligence, data analytics, or data modeling
- 4+ years of Tableau experience, including data-source development, measure definition, dashboard design, and ongoing dashboard maintenance
- 4+ years of SQL experience and hands-on experience with BigQuery (or similar cloud data platforms) for data transformation and analytical data modeling
- Ability to translate business needs into reliable data models, metrics, analysis, and reporting
- Expert visual judgment and familiarity with modern dashboard design principles
- Robust communication skills and the ability to work proficiently with both technical and business partners in a fast-moving environment

- Experience with Sigma or other modern BI tools
- Practical experience building data pipelines with dbt and managing collaborative version control using Git
- Openness to new tools and approaches, including AI-assisted development and analytics workflows
