About this role
As a Senior Certified Appraiser at Compeer Financial, you will provide credible appraisals for both internal and external clients, adhering to the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP). What you need
- Certified General Real Estate Appraiser license
- Minimum of 7 years of related experience as a Certified Appraiser
- Knowledge of federal and state laws, regulations, and compliance requirements specific to the financial industry and Farm Credit
- Advanced knowledge of the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice
- Strong computer skills, including MS Office applications and CRM programs
