Banking Customer Service Representative
TEKsystems is seeking a dedicated Banking Customer Service Representative to join their team. This role focuses on providing outstanding service to promote deep and lasting member relationships. You will be responsible for answering general inquiries and performing account maintenance via phone or email channels, while consistently meeting or exceeding key critical metrics.
Responsibilities
- Answer general inquiries and perform account maintenance via phone or email.
- Meet and exceed critical performance metrics.
- Research and resolve member issues under guidance, with a sense of urgency.
- Take ownership of member concerns, set expectations, and provide timely resolutions.
- Identify opportunities to offer additional credit union products, promotions, and services, generating referrals.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of credit union policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

This is a fully onsite, contract-to-hire position based in Lynnwood, WA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.50 per hour. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits, which may include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, disability, spending accounts, transportation benefits, employee assistance program, and time off/leave.
