What you need
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience as a Sr. HR Business Partner supporting Engineering, Product, Design, or core technical functions
- Experience supporting global engineering footprint models across key international hubs
- Extensive experience coaching executive leadership and managing complex employee relations
- Fluent in tech and SaaS concepts with the ability to engage with Engineering VPs and Product Directors
- Proven capability in driving alignment across multi-country organizational matrix structures
- Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
Nice to have
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
- Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR, PHR)
- Prior experience scaling engineering and product teams within cloud infrastructure, observability, or enterprise SaaS verticals
