About this role
As a Technical Onboarding Specialist for the AI telephone assistant, you will assist medical practices and hospitals in the technical implementation of the AI-based solution. Your responsibilities include planning and overseeing the setup, coordinating data migrations, ensuring successful operation, and documenting technical solutions while developing training materials.

What you need
- Experience in technical onboarding, technical implementation, IT support, Technical Customer Success, or a similar role
- Good understanding of APIs, IT infrastructures, networks, and VPNs
- Proficient in data handling, e.g., in Excel, SQL, or similar tools
- Excellent communication skills in German (minimum C1 level) and English (minimum B2 level)
- Structured analysis of technical problems and development of pragmatic solutions
