About this role

As a Staff Software Engineer for Grafana's Tempo, you will lead technical initiatives to enhance the open-source distributed tracing backend. Your responsibilities include owning the architecture of core components, driving operational excellence, designing user-friendly APIs, and mentoring other engineers.
