About this role

As a Staff Backend Engineer on the Grafana Alerting squad, you'll focus on enhancing the alert management capabilities of Grafana, working closely with customers and other teams to ensure effective alerting solutions at scale. Your responsibilities will include designing, building, and maintaining critical systems, driving projects from ideation to operation, and mentoring team members. You'll also embrace the open-source culture by contributing to various projects and participating in on-call rotations.
