About this role
As an Implementation Specialist for the AI Phone Assistant, you will support medical practices and hospitals in the technical implementation of the AI-based phone assistant. Your responsibilities include planning and overseeing the implementation, coordinating data migrations, ensuring successful operation, and documenting solutions while developing training materials.

- Experience in technical onboarding, implementation, IT support, Technical Customer Success, or a similar role
