About this role

What you need

  • U.S. citizenship and an active U.S. Government Secret clearance, with the ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret
  • 7+ years of industrial- or personnel-security experience, including 3+ years as an appointed FSO or Assistant FSO at a cleared contractor
  • Working knowledge of 32 CFR Part 117 and the NISPOM
  • Hands-on experience with DISS/NBIS, NISS, eApp, FCL processing, SF-328/FOCI, DD Form 254s, self-inspections, and DCSA Security Reviews
  • Completion of the applicable DCSA/CDSE FSO curriculum through STEPP, or the ability to complete it within six months of appointment
  • Experience standing up a security program or taking a facility through an initial FCL

Nice to have

  • Experience in a commercial software, SaaS, cloud, or technology company
  • SPēD or NCMS ISP® certification
  • Familiarity with ITPSO responsibilities, FedRAMP, CMMC, DFARS, or CUI requirements
  • Familiarity with Cribl products or observability technologies
