Responsibilities:

  • Manage communications and patient education regarding ER visits, inpatient hospital resources, and Early Bird Alert portals.
  • Provide marketing and enrollment assistance, working closely with brokers and benefits specialists.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, ensuring smooth transitions for patients between medical settings.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare environment (e.g., prior authorization, insurance verification, benefit verification).
  • Must be bilingual in Spanish.

Job Type & Location:

This is a contract position based in Glendale, CA.

Pay And Benefits:

The pay rate is $21.00/hr, increasing to $23/HR starting July 1st.
