Rockbrook Memory Care is seeking a dedicated Business Office Manager to join their team. About The Opportunity

The Business Office Manager provides essential clerical and administrative support to department leaders and the Executive Director. Key responsibilities include organizing and maintaining resident and staff files, managing resident charges and billing, performing payroll functions, and assisting with benefits administration. This role is crucial for maintaining a professional business office environment, ensuring smooth community operations, and resolving office work-flow issues. Additionally, the Business Office Manager serves as the primary contact for job applicants, conducting pre-employment assessments, exit interviews, and supporting employee onboarding tasks. Other duties may be assigned by the Executive Director.
