About the Role: Customer Service & Business Office Associate
Legend Senior Living is seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Service & Business Office Associate. This role provides essential administrative support to residents and associates, ensuring the smooth operation of our community.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting and assisting visitors at the front desk and directing phone calls.
- Assisting with recruiting tasks, including scheduling interviews and running background checks.
- Managing the payroll system by entering new associates, correcting punches, and documenting absences.
- Handling accounting responsibilities such as entering transactions, submitting invoices, and collecting rent payments.
- Providing training support by printing, submitting, and documenting completed trainings, and running reports on overdue training.
- Submitting various forms including associate changes, meeting minutes, injury reports, garnishments, and employment verifications.
