Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, prepare materials, and ensure timely distribution.
- Process departmental accounts payable.
- Purchase and maintain office supplies inventory.
- Edit general correspondence, memoranda, and presentations.
- Interface professionally with community management and represent leadership teams.
- Handle confidential materials, including executive recommendations and other assigned projects.
- Monitor and request service for postage and copier machines.
Qualifications & Skills
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 4+ years of administrative experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with PCC, UKG, ICON, and ScreenCloud is a plus.
- English language proficiency required.
