About The Role
As a Customer Service Representative with Pavestone, you are responsible for:
- Providing in-person and on-the-phone customer service to our contractors and customers.
- Providing technical assistance for installing and maintaining the products we sell.
- Creating accurate and complete invoices/sales orders.
- Working with Outside Sales Representatives.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintaining knowledge of products and their applications.
- Knowing competitor products.
- Assisting with dispatching and scheduling deliveries.
- Completing daily paperwork.
About You
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- A basic knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
