About The Role
lululemon is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Brand Management to lead brand strategies for key performance categories including Training, Tennis, and Golf. This role is responsible for translating category strategies into compelling brand storytelling and integrated campaigns across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will partner closely with Product, Innovation, and Go-to-Market teams to bring purpose-driven narratives to life, driving brand love and cultural relevance globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of brand strategies for Training, Tennis, and Golf aligned with lululemon’s purpose, business priorities, and product roadmaps.
- Translate category strategies into brand storytelling moments, creative briefs, and integrated campaigns across channels.
- Partner with Product, Innovation, and GTM teams to identify key products, innovations, and seasonal priorities for global storytelling.
- Guide campaign and creative development from brief through execution, ensuring alignment, consistency, and performance.
- Deliver seasonal playbooks and storytelling toolkits to equip global and regional teams with clear narratives.
- Drive the 365 category offense for Training, Tennis, and Golf in partnership with Regional and Product teams.
- Lead and mentor a team of direct reports, fostering their development and ensuring best-in-class work delivery.
- Define KPIs and lead post-campaign analysis to inform future strategies and improve impact.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree required.
- 8+ years of relevant experience in brand strategy, category marketing, or integrated brand management, ideally within apparel, performance, or lifestyle brands.
- Proven experience in building and scaling global brand campaigns and product storytelling across multiple channels.
- Deep understanding of performance consumer culture in training, golf, and/or tennis.
- Strong collaborator with a proven ability to influence and lead cross-functional partners.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to execute with clarity, creativity, and precision.
- Experience managing agencies and internal creative resources.
- Passionate about brand building, storytelling, and community connection.
Workplace Arrangement
This role is classified as hybrid, requiring a minimum of 4 days per week onsite in either Los Angeles or Vancouver.

Compensation & Benefits
The typical hiring range for this position is $145,000 - $174,000 USD annually. Permanent employees may be eligible for a competitive annual bonus program.
