About the role
About Leads Power
Leads PowerOn génère des milliers de leads par semaine, en continu, sur plusieurs verticales. Pas un side project. Pas une startup qui teste. Une machine qui tourne et qu'on veut rendre imbattable. The Role
We are seeking an expert Google Ads professional who has seen it all, tested it all, and can prove their claims. You will drive Google Ads performance across various client accounts with substantial budgets and diverse verticals, managing both evergreen cycles and product launches. You'll leverage the full spectrum of the platform, including Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube, Demand Gen, and Shopping, knowing exactly which format to activate at each stage of the funnel. You'll have a dedicated team of creative strategists, media buyer assistants, and automation tools at your disposal to handle time-consuming tasks, allowing you to focus on strategy and decision-making.Your Responsibilities
- Understand full-funnel mechanics and identify bottlenecks.
- Structure clean campaigns with appropriate architecture, audience segmentation, and bidding strategies.
- Continuously optimize key metrics like CPL, CPA, ROAS, LTV, and Quality Score.
- Master advanced tracking, including enhanced conversions, server-side tracking, GA4, and attribution.
- Quickly identify scaling opportunities without cannibalizing brand or excessively increasing CPAs.
- Determine when to scale aggressively and when to cut back.
- Collaborate closely with the creative team on RSA, video assets, and Display/PMax visuals.
- Analyze data daily and derive actionable decisions.
- Be a proactive strategic proposer, not waiting to be asked.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of our processes.
The Ideal Candidate
- A comprehensive Google Ads expert, not just a Search specialist.
- Proven track record of scaling high-budget campaigns.
- Proficiency across the entire ecosystem: Search, PMax, YouTube, Display, Demand Gen, Shopping.
- Strong convictions about what works and why, able to defend decisions (e.g., when PMax might not be the best option).
- Ability to interpret data and make rapid decisions.
- Solid understanding of tracking and attribution (GA4, GTM, server-side are strong advantages).
- Complementary experience with Microsoft Ads or Meta is a significant plus.
What This Role Offers
- Clear career progression to Head of Performance based on results.
- Budgets commensurate with your expertise.
- A supportive team that frees you up for strategic thinking.
- Full remote work arrangement.
- Attractive compensation.
- Long-term project commitment.
Important Considerations
This role is exclusively for strategic and analytical profiles capable of designing action plans, analyzing data, and making informed decisions.
