This role serves as a key operational partner within the Medical Staff Office, supporting the organization and continuity of medical staff activities. You will work closely with medical staff leaders, committees, departments, and executive stakeholders to ensure credentialing and related processes run smoothly. The position combines healthcare administration, provider credentialing, regulatory awareness, and strong relationship management. You will coordinate closely with system-level credentialing teams on initial appointments and provider reappointments. Success requires excellent organization, independent judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with physicians and administrative teams.
