What you need
- 5+ years of experience leading customer-facing technical implementations, enterprise integrations, interoperability initiatives, or technical solution delivery
- Demonstrated experience serving as the primary technical owner for enterprise interoperability implementations
- Experience collaborating across customer engagements to guide technical decision-making
- Deep understanding of enterprise integration technologies and interoperability standards, including REST APIs, HL7 FHIR, SMART on FHIR, US Core, FHIR Implementation Guides, HL7v2, identity and authentication protocols, enterprise integration patterns, and healthcare data exchange
- Ability to interpret engineering documentation, API specifications, FHIR resources, authentication workflows, application logs, JSON payloads, customer data structures, and technical architecture artifacts
- Demonstrated ability to reduce technical ambiguity by synthesizing complex customer requirements
Nice to have
- Experience with SQL, Python, scripting, APIs, automation, or technical tooling
- Demonstrated curiosity for leveraging technology to improve customer delivery through automation, reusable tooling, or AI-assisted workflows
- Relevant interoperability, API, cloud, identity, or integration certifications are a plus but not required.
