What you need

  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 10+ years' experience in managing large (> $500M), complex, heavy-civil infrastructure projects

  • Certified Construction Manager (CCM), Project Management Professional (PMP), Professional Engineer (PE), or Architect Registration (AIA)
  • Experience delivering projects through both traditional and alternative methods
  • Field experience with inspection, construction coordination, and contractor oversight
  • Familiarity with construction documentation platforms such as e-Builder, Procore, or similar
