What you need
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 10+ years' experience in managing large (> $500M), complex, heavy-civil infrastructure projects
- Experience overseeing construction on behalf of an owner or agency
- Working knowledge of construction contract administration, submittals, RFIs, inspection, and quality documentation on publicly funded projects
- Proficiency with industry standard project and construction management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project, Bluebeam, eBuilder, Procore)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite/Office 365
Nice to have
- Master’s degree in construction management, engineering, or architecture
- Certified Construction Manager (CCM), Project Management Professional (PMP), Professional Engineer (PE), or Architect Registration (AIA)
- Experience delivering projects through both traditional and alternative methods
- Field experience with inspection, construction coordination, and contractor oversight
- Familiarity with construction documentation platforms such as e-Builder, Procore, or similar
