What you need
- 7-10+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, manufacturing operations, materials management, sourcing, purchasing, NPI, supplier development, or related manufacturing functions
- Demonstrated experience leading complex cross-functional programs in a manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of manufacturing supply-chain fundamentals including BOMs, MRP, materials planning, purchasing, inventory, supplier management, and production readiness
- Strong program-management fundamentals including critical-path management, milestone planning, risk management, RACI, action tracking, and escalation
- Proven ability to influence and drive accountability across functional teams without direct authority
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and executive communication skills
Nice to have
- Experience in electromechanical, electronics, motor, HVAC, industrial equipment, or other complex manufacturing environments
- Experience coordinating supply chain activities across the United States and Mexico, Contract Manufacturers, and global suppliers
- Exposure to supplier qualification, FAI, PPAP, APQP, NPI, inventory transitions, E&O exposure, and supplier-liability management
- PMP, PgMP, APICS, Lean Six Sigma, or similar certification is a plus; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
