What you need
- Active RN Licensure
- 2+ years experience in the process of Coverage Determinations in Healthcare
- Knowledge of NCQA and CMS standards for Utilization Management Authorization decisions
- Ability to conduct effective coaching sessions
- Understanding of Adult Learning Theory and Training
