About this role

The Lead Financial Analyst will play a crucial role in Clinical Operations and Commercial organizations by providing financial leadership and strategic insights. What you need

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA/ICAI a plus
  • 7–9 years of FP&A, commercial finance, or operations finance experience; healthcare, life sciences, or services industry background preferred
  • Proven track record of operating as a finance business partner
  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; hands-on experience with Adaptive Insights / Workday Adaptive Planning strongly preferred
  • Comfortable working across both Google Suite and Microsoft Office products
  • Exposure to AI-assisted analytics or business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent) a meaningful advantage
