What you need
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in HR operations, program management, or immigration case management
- Demonstrated experience managing employment-based immigration processes and working with external immigration counsel or service providers
- Proven program and project management skills
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft tools, including Excel, SharePoint, Teams, and Power Automate
- Excellent communication, organization, stakeholder management, accuracy, and confidentiality skills
Nice to have
- Experience supporting HR operations and/or immigration in a high-growth technology or semiconductor company
- Familiarity with global mobility and cross-border immigration processes beyond the United States
- PMP, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or related certification
- Strong analytical mindset with a track record of process improvement and operational scaling
- Experience working with HRIS platforms, service desk tools such as Jira, and workflow or case-management systems

- Salary range is $117,000 to $130,000 depending on experience, level, and business need
