What you need
- Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- 5+ years of hands-on mechanical design experience in consumer electronics
- Proficient daily 3D CAD skills (Creo strongly preferred)
- Working knowledge of designing parts for various manufacturing processes
- Proven experience with tolerance stack-up analysis and GD&T
- Experience producing manufacturing-ready 2D drawings and BOMs
Nice to have
- Direct experience developing cameras, video doorbells, or similar connected-home devices
- Experience with outdoor/sealed products and IP-rated enclosures
- Experience with thermal design for sealed devices
- Familiarity with acoustics integration and camera optics
- Experience running DOEs for process/design problem resolution
