Job Summary
Responsible for selling integrated communication solutions to small-to-medium businesses. Develop relationships with businesses and the community, positioning the Comcast brand as a key component of the sales strategy.
Core Responsibilities
- Assist in creating and delivering face-to-face sales presentations showcasing knowledge of Comcast products and services.
- Promote the sale of bundled products to create optimal customer solutions.
- Achieve departmental, financial, and unit sales targets.
- Stay informed about the competitive landscape and emerging technologies to effectively position Comcast Business Services.
- Generate new leads through prospecting activities such as cold calling, canvassing, customer referrals, and partner relationships.
- Focus on goal achievement and maintain a results-driven approach.
- Assist in developing sales territories, including cultivating local business partnerships and organizational affiliations.
- Retain the customer base by adhering to the Comcast Credo and ensuring a superior customer experience.
- Maintain and build customer relationships to drive retention, working with internal teams to ensure operational efficiencies and service levels exceed customer expectations.
- Prepare sales and activity reports as required.
- Participate in out-of-office meetings with customers, demonstrating excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, including persuasion and negotiation.
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance; ability to work nights, weekends, variable schedules, and overtime as necessary.
