What you need
- Minimum 3 years of automotive repair experience for Class B Technician
- Minimum 5 years of automotive repair experience for Class A Technician
- Valid driver's license
- Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of vehicle systems
- Ability to safely operate vehicles in shop and road-test environments
- Strong diagnostic, communication, and problem-solving skills
Nice to have
- Three ASE Certifications or equivalent OEM certifications preferred for Class B Technician
- Seven ASE Certifications or equivalent OEM certifications preferred for Class A Technician
