What you need
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field
- 1-3 years of professional experience in financial analysis, FP&A, corporate finance, investments, banking, accounting, or a related analytical finance function
- Experience supporting forecasting, financial reporting, budgeting, business analysis, or performance management activities
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial modeling and data analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights
- Ability to work onsite at Merchants Fleet headquarters in Hooksett, New Hampshire
Nice to have
- Experience with ABS securitization financing, structured finance, treasury, or capital markets activities
- Experience with financial systems, ERP platforms, Power BI, or other business intelligence and reporting tools
- Exposure to transportation, automotive, fleet management, or logistics-related industries
