What you need
- 3-5+ years IT MSP experience including a minimum of 2+ years of hands-on project engineering experience
- Strong experience implementing IT infrastructure projects from design through completion
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, AD, and common MSP toolsets (RMM, PSA)
- Hands-on experience with firewall and network platforms (e.g., Meraki, FortiGate, SonicWALL, or Sophos)
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID and Intune, including Conditional Access policy and MDM/MAM enrollment configuration and troubleshooting
- Experience with server virtualization and migration (VMware, Hyper-V)

- Relevant technical certifications (e.g., Microsoft, CompTIA, Cisco, PMI)
- Specific experience with Microsoft Azure, 365, and SharePoint
- Meraki Networking
- Windows Server
- Modern security principles – MFA, SSO, Conditional Access, MDM, MAM
