What you need

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (civil, construction, structural, transportation, systems, or related engineering discipline)
  • 10+ years of scheduling experience for large (> $500M), complex, heavy-civil infrastructure projects
  • Experience with full CPM baseline schedule development, resource or cost loading, progress updating, and variance analysis
  • Experience evaluating time extension requests or Time Impact Analyses and documenting a position on delay and entitlement
  • Proven ability to interpret project scope, drawings, and constraints and translate them into logic-driven and sequenced, resource-aware schedules
  • Proficiency with industry standard project, construction, and risk management software (e.g., Primavera P6, TILOS, MS Project, Primavera Risk, Acumen Fuse, etc.)

Nice to have

  • Master’s degree in engineering (civil, construction, structural, transportation, systems, or related engineering discipline)
  • Active professional certifications such as PSP or CFCC (AACE), PMI-SP, PMI-RMP, or PMP (PMI), and/or CCM (CMAA)
  • Experience serving in an owner’s rep capacity as lead scheduler on a highway, bridge, transit, aviation, or water and wastewater program exceeding $1B in total value
  • Experience performing forensic schedule analysis using as-planned versus as-built, windows, or collapsed as-built methods consistent with AACE International recommended practice
  • Experience supporting an owner through mediation, dispute review board, or arbitration proceedings on schedule delay claims
