  • Certified Construction Manager (CCM), Engineer in Training (EIT), Project Management Professional (PMP), Professional Engineer (PE), or Architect Registration (AIA)
  • Experience with survey and layout technology
  • Experience with BIM, 4D scheduling, or digital as-built tools
  • Familiarity or proficiency with Microsoft Power BI, Oracle Cloud Analytics, or other dashboard KPI reporting software
