What you need
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction engineering, construction management, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5+ years' experience in field engineering, construction inspection, or field construction management on large (> $500M), complex, heavy-civil infrastructure projects
- Strong knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, submittals, and RFI processes
- Familiarity with project scheduling, quality control, and document management processes
- Experience with industry standard project and construction management software
- Experience with field documentation and inspection platforms
Nice to have
- Master's degree in civil engineering, construction engineering, or construction management
- Certified Construction Manager (CCM), Engineer in Training (EIT), Project Management Professional (PMP), Professional Engineer (PE), or Architect Registration (AIA)
- Experience with survey and layout technology
- Experience with BIM, 4D scheduling, or digital as-built tools
- Familiarity or proficiency with Microsoft Power BI, Oracle Cloud Analytics, or other dashboard KPI reporting software
