What you need

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or architecture, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
10+ years' experience in managing large (> $500M), complex, heavy-civil rail infrastructure projects
Demonstrated experience leading construction management on transit, rail, or comparable heavy-civil programs
Experience managing multiple concurrent construction contracts and scopes
In-depth understanding of constructability principles and construction risk mitigation
Experience providing construction input to design activities during pre-construction

Nice to have

Master’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or architecture
Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent
Certified Construction Manager (CCM), Project Management Professional (PMP), or Architect Registration (AIA)
Experience on federally funded transportation projects
Experience delivering construction in dense urban environments
