What you need
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or architecture, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 10+ years' experience in managing large (> $500M), complex, heavy-civil rail infrastructure projects
- Demonstrated experience leading construction management on transit, rail, or comparable heavy-civil programs
- Experience managing multiple concurrent construction contracts and scopes
- In-depth understanding of constructability principles and construction risk mitigation
- Experience providing construction input to design activities during pre-construction
Nice to have
- Master’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or architecture
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent
- Certified Construction Manager (CCM), Project Management Professional (PMP), or Architect Registration (AIA)
- Experience on federally funded transportation projects
- Experience delivering construction in dense urban environments
