What you need
- 7+ years of progressive experience in master scheduling, production planning, supply planning, materials planning, production control, or manufacturing supply chain
- Demonstrated experience creating and managing a Master Production Schedule in a manufacturing environment
- Strong experience balancing customer demand with manufacturing capacity, material availability, inventory, and lead-time constraints
- Strong knowledge of MRP, BOMs, capacity planning, production scheduling, inventory management, ATP/CTP concepts, and supply-demand balancing
- Experience coordinating multiple manufacturing operations, product lines, or external manufacturing partners
- Demonstrated people leadership or experience directing planning teams and cross-functional planning activities
Nice to have
- Experience with motors, Fan Systems, HVAC equipment, electromechanical products, electronics, or other complex manufactured products
- Experience coordinating vertically integrated manufacturing where one operation supplies components or subassemblies to another, including Contract Manufacturers and consigned-material models
- Experience supporting manufacturing operations in the United States and Mexico
- Experience with advanced planning systems such as Kinaxis and familiarity with Arena or another PLM system and ECO/MCO processes
- Experience with AI tools, Power BI, DAX, and planning/reporting automation
