What you need
- 6+ years of experience as a QA Automation Engineer, Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET), Software Developer, or similar automation-focused role in Agile development environments
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Strong programming skills in one or more languages used for test automation (i.e. TypeScript, JavaScript, Java)
- Experience designing and maintaining automated testing frameworks that are reliable, maintainable, performant, and scalable
- Proficiency developing API, web, and mobile test automation using modern testing tools and frameworks (i.e. Playwright, Selenium WebDriver, Appium, RestAssured)
- Experience implementing and maintaining test automation within CI/CD environments and supporting rapid, reliable software delivery

- Ability to write clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans, test cases, and technical documentation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and investigate the root causes of complex defects
- Ability to prioritize effectively, manage multiple initiatives, and adjust quickly in a rapidly changing environment
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence quality throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Sound judgment about when automation, AI-assisted workflows, or human review are most appropriate
