What you need
- 5+ years of progressive People Operations or HR Operations experience
- Experience owning multi-state payroll and benefits administration
- Hands-on experience administering ADP or a comparable HRIS and payroll platform
- Proven experience leading HRIS, payroll, and People technology implementations
- Experience administering employee benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability benefits, and 401(k) retirement plans
- Demonstrated experience redesigning benefits offerings and establishing partnerships with external benefits brokers
