What you need
- BA/BS Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or Mathematics preferred
- 3-5 years of experience supporting and utilizing Workforce Management Systems
- 2-3 years of experience measuring productivity and performance metrics
- Strong knowledge of contact center metrics and workforce management metrics
- Proven experience in Workforce Management principles such as forecasting and scheduling
- Hands on experience building forecasting models
