About this role
As a Lead Software Engineer on the Integrations team, you will design, develop, and scale healthcare integration systems that facilitate prior authorization workflows. You will provide technical leadership, build secure integrations, and establish best practices for monitoring and incident response while mentoring other engineers. This role is remote-first but may require occasional travel for onboarding and team meetings.

What you need
- 8+ years building and supporting scalable enterprise applications and distributed systems
- Hands-on experience integrating external APIs/third-party systems and building automated testing frameworks
- Expertise in authentication/authorization frameworks, secure API design, and access control
- Experience with data modeling across relational/non-relational databases, observability tooling, and event-driven architecture
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field
