Workshop Manager (H/F)

TP SPADA, a key company within this structure, specializes in earthworks, maritime, and river operations, based in Pégomas (06). As the Workshop Manager, reporting to the Equipment Manager, you will oversee the workshop operations. Your responsibilities will be divided into four key areas:Workshop Management
- Ensure the availability of necessary equipment and materials for workshop operations.
- Manage the procurement of raw materials and consumables.
- Resolve diverse technical and organizational issues within the workshop and propose improvements.
- Organize work and manage teams: distribute tasks and adjust staffing according to needs.
Equipment Maintenance Operations Management
- Implement the maintenance plan for machinery.
- Provide technical support to mechanics during maintenance or repair operations.
- Participate in planning technical equipment downtime and supervise its execution at the depot.
- Organize and supervise outsourced interventions on equipment, in agreement with the Equipment Manager.
- Coordinate the intervention of inspection bodies within the workshop.
- Report on activities to the Equipment Manager (work progress, resources (equipment and personnel), incidents, technical problems, etc.).
Budget Management
- Consult suppliers.
- Ensure adherence to the projected cost of issued quotes and evaluate results.
Quality, Prevention, Environment
- Lead safety and environmental huddles and pre-shift briefings.
- Organize, implement, and ensure employee compliance with prevention and protection measures, as well as environmental and management standards.
Candidate Profile
- You hold a BTS/DUT in Maintenance or equivalent.
- You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- You possess recognized technical expertise in general mechanics, engine systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, electrotechnics, and electrical systems.
- You are known for your methodical, rigorous, and conscientious approach.
- You are highly aware of health and safety regulations.
- You are autonomous, rigorous, and possess strong interpersonal skills.
- You can organize activities while remaining attentive to your team and enjoy sharing your knowledge and training collaborators.
