We’re looking for a Senior Lead, Partnerships (Audiences & Signals) to join our Measurement and Signals team at Snap Inc.!What You’ll Do:
- Establish Snap’s Audience and Signal partnerships from initial vetting and proof of concept testing to contract negotiation and execution of partnership agreements.
- Collaborate closely with various internal cross-functional peers including Product, Business Development, Legal and Finance, Product Marketing to operationalize partnerships, align on commercial models, and develop go to market strategies.
- Drive adoption of Snap’s Audience and Conversion APIs through server-to-server partner integrations, introducing process improvements that enable smooth onboarding for Snap’s mutual customers and ensuring signal resilience.
- Maintain direct and active executive-level relationships with strategic data and audience partners, serving as their primary advocate within Snap and proactively resolving business and technical challenges.
- Build a deep understanding of the evolving audience landscape (e.g., Clean Rooms, ID solutions), driving thought leadership internally and externally and informing Snap’s product roadmap.
- Influence cross-functional leadership within Snap to drive goal alignment and achieve our mission and strategy.
- Work towards bi-annual OKRs such as advertiser & revenue growth, adoption of new technology solutions and driving solution adoption.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- Commercial Acumen: Proven expertise in structuring complex contracts. Strong knowledge of online and mobile advertising, brand advertising, and ad-effectiveness measurement techniques (Brand Lift, MMM, Incrementally). Deep understanding of the audience data landscape, including DMP/CDPs, third-party data providers, and privacy-centric targeting methodologies. Ability to communicate effectively with senior and executive stakeholders internally and externally.
- Experience dynamically prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously and working in a fast-paced environment based on changing business priorities.
- Ability to effectively work independently and autonomously in an environment with high levels of ambiguity, but thoughtfully escalate problem areas as needed.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of practical work experience.
- 7+ years of experience in business development, business strategy, product marketing, product management, or partnerships.
- Experience defining, developing and leading projects across multiple cross-functional teams.
- Experience in MarTech, Data Management and/or Advertising, specifically working with data targeting or measurement vendors.
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA or advanced degree in related field.
- Experience defining, developing and leading projects across multiple cross-functional teams.
- Quantitative/analytical experience, specifically working in data or statistics.
- Experience working as part of an international team.
- Strong product acumen, particularly regarding ad-tech infrastructure and signal resilience.

In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The starting pay may be negotiable within the salary range for the position. These pay zones may be modified in the future. Zone A (CA, WA, NYC): The base salary range for this position is $142,000-$214,000 annually. Zone B: The base salary range for this position is $135,000-$203,000 annually. Zone C: The base salary range for this position is $121,000-$182,000 annually. This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.Key skills/competency
