Product Manager Pro AV
Weβre looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead a product category in the professional audio-visual (Pro AV) space. This is a true product role with full business ownership β from product selection and pricing, through profitability management, to direct work with international vendors and leading the category activity in Israel. The role is ideal for someone looking for a combination of product depth, business ownership, and real impact, with strong connection to the field β without direct sales management.
What youβll do
- Lead a full product category end-to-end
- Manage product lines, including assortment, pricing, and profitability (P&L ownership)
- Work closely with international vendors on strategy, roadmap, and commercial aspects
- Support the sales team from a professional perspective β training, sales materials, and complex deals
- Work with technical specifications and adapt solutions to the local market
- Collaborate with integration teams and B2B customers
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as Product Manager / Product Line Manager / Category Manager (physical products)
- Hands-on experience in pricing and profitability management (P&L ownership)
- Experience working directly with international vendors (negotiation and ongoing relationship management)
- Experience delivering professional trainings (customers / teams / partners)
- High level of business English
- Strong technical orientation and ability to work with specifications
- Availability for a full-time, on-site role in the Sharon area
