About the role
Senior Talent Acquisition Partner
The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner IV requires in-depth knowledge and breadth of expertise in the Talent Acquisition field. This role leads others to solve complex challenges and may lead teams or projects with moderate resource requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own full-cycle recruiting for complex professional and leadership roles across multiple job families.
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies utilizing passive outreach, referrals, events, and targeted pipelines.
- Conduct structured intake meetings and align stakeholders on essential requirements, process, and timeline.
- Manage candidate pipelines within the ATS/CRM, ensuring accurate stage progression and consistent communication.
- Drive interview excellence through panel preparation, structured guides, debrief facilitation, and timely decision-making.
- Lead offer strategy and negotiation, improving acceptance rates through effective closing plans and stakeholder alignment.
- Partner with TA Operations to streamline scheduling, assessments, and background checks for optimal speed and quality.
- Support onboarding readiness by maintaining candidate engagement through their start date and pre-boarding steps.
- Analyze funnel metrics to identify bottlenecks and propose improvements to enhance conversion rates.
- Coach junior recruiters and coordinators, sharing market intelligence and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
- Bachelor's Degree required.
