Customer Service Representative
SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. This position focuses on maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of assigned areas.
Job Overview
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for the cleanliness and sanitation of all areas assigned.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform janitorial duties.
- Operate motorized cleaning equipment.
- Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area.
- Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor.
- Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures.
- Perform work assignments in a team with other employees.
- Maintain clean work area and follow all protocols.
- Take direction and respond to supervision.
- Communicate professionally with colleagues and customers.
- Fill in during staff shortages and support shift leads.
- Use proper personal protective equipment and maintain a professional appearance.
- Understand customer service and satisfaction principles.
Qualifications

Education And/ Or Experience
No specific education requirement, 3-6 months training or experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
- May be required to have a valid driver’s license.
- Completed all safety and task training certification.
- May be required to be forklift certified.
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment, and willingness to share with the team.
- Knowledge of the upkeep and care of cleaning equipment.
- Knowledge of cleaning compounds and chemicals, and their safe, efficient use.
