Creative Director - Luxury, Fashion, Beauty
Our client, a leading creative production agency based in New York City, is seeking a Creative Director with a strong background in luxury, fashion, beauty, or cosmetics, and experience working within brand and creative agency environments. This senior leadership role is ideal for a highly accomplished creative who excels at guiding teams, partnering with clients, and delivering innovative, high-impact work for premium brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead the overall creative vision and strategic direction across all client and internal initiatives.
- Serve as senior creative counsel to clients, leading presentations, strategic planning, and high-profile pitches.
- Drive new business growth through creative leadership, thought partnership, and industry presence.
- Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing creative team while fostering a collaborative and innovative culture.
