Key Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, prepare materials, and ensure timely distribution.
  • Process departmental accounts payable.
  • Purchase and maintain office supplies inventory.
  • Edit general correspondence, memoranda, and presentations.
  • Interface professionally with community management and represent leadership teams.
  • Handle confidential materials, including executive recommendations and other assigned projects.
  • Monitor and request service for postage and copier machines.

Qualifications & Skills

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 4+ years of administrative experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with PCC, UKG, ICON, and ScreenCloud is a plus.
  • English language proficiency required.
