PNC Wealth Management is seeking a Virtual Financial Advisor to join their team. Job Description
The Virtual Financial Advisor will consult on investment and insurance strategies, and develop financial plans for clients. You will be responsible for growing and retaining an investment and insurance book of business, owning the client experience through efficient sales and service, identifying sales opportunities, and making referrals to internal business partners. Business development and client networking will be key to acquiring, expanding, and maintaining client relationships, ultimately growing client loyalty and share of wallet through an exceptional client experience.
You will apply product and procedural knowledge to solve client problems efficiently and develop and implement investment and insurance strategies, determining the best products to support these strategies. Presenting sound financial recommendations and guidance to clients, and establishing individual financial plans based on client needs and objectives, along with monitoring these plans and recommending changes, will be core responsibilities.
Furthermore, you will actively coach and educate branch staff and internal business partners to identify investment opportunities, driving investment education and visibility. In partnership with management, you will lead the branch team in achieving investment results, demonstrating urgency and leading by example. Strong communication with internal and external partners is essential to build relationships that drive referral activity. Regular meetings with management and business partners to review business results and pipeline management, and meeting service level agreements for lead and referral follow-up, are expected. Adherence to all applicable laws, regulations, policies, and guidelines is mandatory.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors Degree preferred.
- FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or 63,65) required.
- Life & Health Insurance licenses required.
- Bilingual Spanish preferred.
