Position Details

Contract: Permanent
Hours: 33.5 hours per week, with a mix of day and evening shifts, including weekdays and weekends.
Pay: £15.24 per hour for day shifts, £12.24 for sleeping night shifts, plus an additional £1 per hour for hours worked from midnight Friday to midnight Sunday.

As a Care Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in enabling residents to live independently and actively. About You

We are looking for a warm, friendly, organised, and self-motivated individual with experience in a care or support environment. A Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care is preferred, but applicants with L2 are welcome and will need to undertake their L3. You should be eager to take on responsibilities, promote community spirit, and improve resident wellbeing. Previous experience managing a team is essential.
