We’re looking for a well-rounded designer with an eye for detail, who can craft creative solutions for e-commerce and beyond.What You Will Be Doing
- Deliver best-in-class content (brand and product visuals and communication) on eComm product pages or online storefronts (DTC or retailers such as Amazon, Walmart, Target, etc.).
- Have great design chops – working independently or collaboratively within a team.
- Support the development of design solutions, with a focus on digital content channels and eComm.
- Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and internal reviews.
- Play an active role in supporting both your immediate colleagues and those across the agency.
- Uphold creative integrity and ingenuity by keeping up to date with the latest best practices in eComm, including ADA compliance.
- Take personal responsibility and guardianship for your projects – ensuring accurate, consistent, and timely completion of high-quality work.
- Present your work with the confidence that comes from knowing that you have done all that you can.
- Be an active participant in agency life and get involved with internal initiatives.

Experience
- 4+ years of experience in the industry; some agency experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in design or other related field.
- Experience with a range of categories including CPG, food/ beverage/ wine/ spirits, and technology preferred.
- Knowledge of simple animation/motion techniques a plus.
- Well-rounded portfolio showcasing excellent understanding of brand building — experience in front-end development for eComm a plus.
- Good understanding of Mac OS, Adobe CS (Solid knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); collaborative tools (XD, Miro) and Keynote a plus.

The Ontario pay range for this position is $56,479 CAD to $70,000 CAD annually. Ultimately, in determining pay, we will consider the successful candidate's experience, skills, knowledge, and other job-related factors.
