About This Team
The Global Brand Creative + Experience Operations Team is responsible for creating, managing, and driving the process and delivery of seasonal stories, experiences, and environments that bring the lululemon brand and innovations to life for our guests across all touchpoints. In partnership with the functional leaders of Global Brand Creative + Experience, and in service of a clear and engaging guest experience, this team focuses on ensuring a consistent, on time, and high-level delivery of our brand and product stories and experiences across stores, ecomm, and events.
Core Responsibilities
The Senior Manager, Global Brand Creative Direction Operations is responsible for leading operations and projects within the creative organization. They will work closely with internal and external partners to operationalize the delivery of impactful work aligned with the Global Brand strategies.
- Ownership of operations across the Global Brand Creative Direction team.
- Act as a direct support to the VP, Global Brand Creative Direction on strategic planning, resourcing and ongoing in-year budget management.
- Own and lead the Creative Operating Model for the global team; gather feedback and continually optimize.
- Provides leadership and guidance to direct reports, while supporting ongoing development and growth.
- Act as the liaison and key contact for cross functional partners (Brand Management, Brand Operations, Digital, Product, Community, Social, Styling, Casting).
- Oversight over large budget and multi workstream timelines through the project lifecycle.
- Support in Agency and freelance on-boarding, process and co-owners of creative agency relationships and management.
- Support development of Annual Operating Plan against marketing calendar and Brand Creative priorities.
- Build, own and maintain processes to improve efficiencies, standards and operations across the function; collaborate and enroll cross functional partners as needed.
Qualifications
- 8-10 years of direct experience in creative teams for large retail, e-commerce, or creative agency/production experience specific to the apparel/footwear industry.
- Management experience of teams with 2+ people.
- Experience working with external creative and production partners.
- Ability to juggle changing priorities while maintaining a positive attitude in the face of changing deliverables.
- Must be a self-starter, critical thinker, team player, who thrives working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Experience working with Teams, Excel, Smartsheet and other project management tools.

Compensation And Benefits Package
Lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $144,100-$189,100 USD annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
