Job Summary
As a Design Manager within Digital Customer Experience (DCE), you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage project intake, assessment, resourcing, and execution. You will oversee daily workflows and processes for digital design projects, facilitate discussions, track milestones, and serve as the central point of contact for project status and issue management.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage a digital product portfolio, including project intake, assessment, and execution
- Partner with Design Leads, Product Owners, Tech Leads, and Scrum Masters for project delivery and reporting
- Facilitate cross-team project discussions and stakeholder engagement
- Collaborate with Digital Design, Product, and Line-of-Business teams for capacity planning and execution guidance
- Track project milestones, update status, and produce reports as needed
- Consult with design teams to develop clear plans for design activities
- Ensure deliverables are specified, scoped, and agreed upon between clients and internal teams
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
- 3+ years of project/program management experience with digital design or marketing teams
- Understanding of product development lifecycle at scale
- Experience with Waterfall and Agile project methodologies
- Familiarity with Atlassian/JIRA software tools
- Strong organizational skills managing multiple work streams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence outcomes
