You will advise senior leaders on organizational effectiveness, talent, transformation, and workforce planning. The position combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced SaaS environment. You will help build high-performing, inclusive teams while supporting leaders through organizational change and complex people decisions. You will also lead critical talent processes and contribute to leadership development, succession planning, and organizational design.
